Right of Withdrawal (Individual Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, products unsealed (opened) after delivery cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (Art. L.221-28 of the Consumer Code). This particularly concerns any product whose sealed packaging has been opened.

➡️ Only products that are unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging can be returned.

Defective product or order error

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not conform to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at vapsolo.shop1@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will then proceed with replacement or refund, with return shipping costs at our expense.

Return procedure

  • Email vapsolo.shop1@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  • The product must be returned to us sealed and intact (except for defective products).

Refund

After receiving and checking the return, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as used for the original order (or by bank transfer). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer in the case of a simple withdrawal; they are borne by us in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
