Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on the website vapsolo-shop.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

The Site offers disposable vape pens (electronic cigarettes) containing nicotine, compliant with the European TPD directive (tank ≤ 2 ml, nicotine ≤ 20 mg/ml). Products strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older). Sale to minors is prohibited; age verification is performed. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance.

Products are sold by boxes of 10 units of the same flavor. Photos and descriptions are indicative and are not contractually binding down to the last pixel.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order validation.

4. Order

The order is validated after confirmation by the customer and acceptance of payment. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute, or in case of stock shortage.

5. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or by instant bank payment (pay-by-bank) at the time of ordering. The order is only prepared and shipped after effective receipt of payment. No credit card data is stored by the Site.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped according to the deadlines and conditions specified in the Delivery Policy. Deadlines are indicative. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to a force majeure event.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the private customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, under the conditions and exceptions specified in the Return and Refund Policy (in particular: products unsealed for reasons of hygiene and health protection are not accepted for return).

8. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

9. Responsibility

The seller cannot be held responsible for the use of the products by the customer. The customer acknowledges being informed of the presence of nicotine and the associated risks. The products are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and non-smokers.

10. Personal Data

The data collected is necessary for order processing and is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The customer has a right of access, rectification, and deletion of their data by writing to vapsolo.shop1@gmail.com.

11. Disputes — Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first (contact: vapsolo.shop1@gmail.com) before any legal action. The customer can use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR).
