We deliver in France and the European Union.

Delivery Times

• Preparation: your order is prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours after receipt of payment.
• Transit: delivery within 4 to 5 working days in Europe (indicative carrier timeframe).

These times run from the effective receipt of payment (bank transfer / bank payment). They are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at the time of payment, according to the destination. They are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified on the website.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon dispatch of your order, allowing you to track its progress.

Packages

Packages are dispatched in a neutral and discreet manner (no mention of contents on the exterior), with tracking included.
